IMPORTANT: Syrian Army fully recaptures key rebel stronghold in Damascus

This morning assault units of the Syrian Army successfully forced reminent groups of the Jighadist fighters in the Qabun (Qaboun) area of Damascus to give up. According to the SAA Signal Reconnaissance the Salafists received warn calls from their commanders in the Eastern Gouta soon after the Syrian troops had started their advance.

«Through half an hour you 'll have to die or to surround yourself. Take a chance to leave right now if there is such opportunity or you have the permission to give up your arms», they were said. Some of them used the government leaflets for the safe passing while surrounding. For few hours the resistance between several separate blocks in Qabun was over.
