Donetsk People's Republic marks its 3rd anniversary VIDEO
More that 50,000 DPR residents took part in the Republic Day march in Donetsk on Thursday on the occasion of the 3rd anniversary of the republic. Three years ago there was a referendum held throughout the former Donetsk region of Ukraine where the majority voted for independence of the region.
The march started from Lenin Square in central Donetsk. It will proceed along Artyoma Street to the republic’s Olympic Sport Centre where a concert is planned featuring Russian celebrities.
